Born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri, has given me the opportunity to make the entire Greater St. Louis Area my backyard playground for over 30 years. (Do you know how much exploring you can do in 30 years?)

I attended St. Charles High School, and then continued my education and volleyball career at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. Upon returning home, I decided to purchase my Grandmother’s home in Historic Downtown St. Charles, which my husband and I have taken under our wing to rehab and update, bringing it back to its “glory day” status. I also made the decision to give back to my community, by continuing my love and passion for volleyball, and continue to coach club volleyball within the St. Louis Gateway Region. (If coaching paid the bills, it would be my full-time career!)

My customer service and coaching background, have given me a seamless transition into the Real Estate World. All three of my past and present careers, have given me the chance to express my care for others, my need to help those that are in need of help, my undeniable work ethic, and my ability to bring a sense of ease to others in high-stress situations.  I have completely immersed myself in learning the ins and outs of the Real Estate Industry and I work diligently to know the Greater St. Louis and Lake of the Ozark Markets. I work hard to exceed my customer’s expectations and to make sure each client experience is one that they enjoy and would want to do all over again, if they had the chance to.

Since taking a step into Real Estate, I have become an Affiliate for the Homes For Heroes Program. This program means that I get to help our everyday heroes through their real estate related transactions, and they get Hero Rewards for chosing me to be their agent. This program is set-up to serve Firefighters, Law Enforcement, Military (Active, Reserves, and Veterans), Healthcare Workers/EMT, and Teachers. The list of heroes that were just named, give so much of themselves on an everyday basis, and it means the world to me to be able to give back to them

I look forward to continuing to work with my existing clients and any potential new clients that may cross my path. I want to extend an invite to anybody who may have real estate related questions, need local service/business information, or are looking to make a move, to reach out to me. I am always available to lend an ear, a helping hand, give advice, and get you to where you want to be.

Life dictated the challenging circumstance of having to sell my house, which is a bit of an odd duck for the area it’s in, the week of Thanksgiving. With Teresa’s help and expertise though, the process couldn’t have gone any better. We had ten showings in five days on the market (again, this was Thanksgiving week!) and received *three* offers on the house. Within a week of listing, the house was under contract. I’ve worked with four different real estate agents over the past ten years, and no one comes close to matching Teresa’s knowledge, energy, friendliness, availability, or any other quality you need in a realtor. Can’t recommend her highly enough.
